Hoda Kotb Meeting With Other Studios! Is She Planning Her Escape From The Today Show? Apr 5th 2013, 02:02 It looks like the Today show could be losing one of their hosts, but it's probably not the one you're thinking of! Hoda Kotb's contract expires this fall, and aparently she's been having meetings with other studios to let them know that she might be lookin' for a new job soon! A source says the host isn't looking to leave the show, but they also didn't deny that she's been chatting with other people: "Hoda loves her job at the Today show and adores everyone she works with on the show. Her contract is coming up and she's just expanding relationships and having coffee with a few people." Looks like Kathy Lee Gifford might have to start searching for a new co-host soon! It's unclear whether she actually plans on leaving or if she's just trying to get a big pay day from NBC. But if she does decide to jump ship, we can't exactly say we'd blame her.
